✨ Highlights📊 Transcript
Vascularity in hands is a sign of health and strength, and can be achieved through genetics and exercise.
Vascularity is associated with efficient oxygen delivery and reproductive fitness.
Genetics play a role in determining vascularity.
Rock climbers are often more vascular due to their physical activity.
To achieve veiny hands, incorporate exercises like lat pull downs, rows, farmer carries, and deadlifts which activate the muscles and increase blood flow.
Squeezing the grip during these exercises helps push the veins to the top and enlarges them, making them appear bigger.
Increasing body temperature through cardio and sauna sessions can also help in raising veins and achieving high vascularity.
To get veiny hands, conditioning your blood vessels through exercise and maintaining a low body fat percentage is important.
Nutrition plays a role in vascularity, with foods rich in arginine and nitrates, such as garlic, onions, berries, leafy greens, and beets, helping to increase blood flow.
An at-home workout that can help stimulate blood vessels includes arm pinches and hand curls, followed by finger extensions.
Squeezing, twisting, and hand curls can help make your veins more visible.
Squeeze your hand hard for 20 seconds.
Twist your hand for 20 times.
Do 50 hand curls.
It is recommended to combine these exercises with weight lifting and proper nutrition.
00:00so you want some veiny hands huh good
00:03you should vascularity is a sign of
00:06health and strength it's hardwired in
00:09our minds we see somebody who's vascular
00:10we subconsciously know that their heart
00:12is efficiently delivering oxygen
00:14throughout their body so they're going
00:16to live a long healthy life and for
00:18women it triggers something
00:19subconsciously in their mind where they
00:21can see okay he's healthy so there's
00:23security when it comes to reproduction
00:24he's gonna pass down these healthy genes
00:27to our Offspring it's going to be a
00:28great thing it's why they post about it
00:31on Tick Tock oh I love a guy with nice
00:33hands not you know uh Pinterest and
00:35Tumblr whatever the kids are doing these
00:37days so you're in luck I'm gonna tell
00:39you the no [ __ ] guide on how to
00:41achieve veiny hands and hold on because
00:44at the end I'm going to show you a
00:45little demonstration of at-home workout
00:47you can do right now to help expedite
00:50the process of getting vascular hands so
00:52let's get right into it first of all
00:54it's important to mention we've got to
00:56keep in mind you will be somewhat
00:58limited based on your genetics right so
01:00some people are just naturally a lot
01:01more vascular than others for instance
01:03My Buddy Joe shulk he's a tick talker he
01:07looks like this and it's insane you
01:10might be thinking oh well he works out a
01:12lot well his dad looks like this and his
01:15uncle looks like this and they don't
01:17even work out at all on the other hand
01:19I look like this and I've been working
01:22out for 10 plus years so I'm no more
01:24near as genetically gifted as he is I
01:27know I know it's a cruel world but we
01:30gotta make do with what we got but no
01:32matter where you're starting from you
01:33can progress and get more vascular so
01:35this is how you do it you ever noticed
01:37that rock climbers are the probably top
01:40demographic of people with vascular
01:43hands why is that well it's because they
01:45put extensive strain on their grip
01:48strength you know they're holding and
01:50pulling with their fingers they're
01:52always tensing their hands so that's why
01:54my first and top advice for you is to do
01:57weight training with focus on exercises
01:59that require a high level of grip
02:01strength so some examples are pull-ups
02:04lat pull Downs rows farmer carries
02:08deadlifts these exercises were the whole
02:10time you have to squeeze it very hard or
02:13else you're gonna lose your grip and the
02:15exercise is over the reason these are
02:17the best is because not only are you
02:19activating the muscle and which in turn
02:21makes it harder and pushes the vein to
02:24the top but also you're pumping so much
02:26blood through the veins because of this
02:29you know you're creating a very high
02:31blood pressure in that area that it's
02:33making the veins actually enlarge and
02:35expand making them appear bigger so it's
02:37kind of like a double-edged sword you're
02:39burning the candle from both end you're
02:41activating the muscle pushing the veins
02:43up and then you're expanding them as
02:45well so whatever your current training
02:46regimen is and maybe you're not doing
02:48these start implementing some of these
02:50type of exercises into your workout
02:51routine it's definitely going to make a
02:53big difference the next element the next
02:55pillar to achieve High vascularity is
02:58body temperature so some people their
03:01body temperature is naturally higher
03:02than others me I'm like always cold it
03:04takes me a lot to raise my temperature
03:06that's why my veins are actually hiding
03:09a little bit right now I guess you can
03:10just see a little bit in my arm that's
03:11about it my body runs cold unfortunately
03:13so you want to try to satuchi
03:15vascularity but if I'm somewhere out
03:17where it's warm or in an environment
03:19where my body temperature rises then my
03:21veins come out to play and it's a night
03:23and day difference so you gotta raise
03:25your body temperature so some ways you
03:27can raise your body temperature number
03:29one cardio that's a no-brainer right
03:31improving your cardiovascular system
03:33getting the blood pumping making your
03:35body work like a well-oiled machine I
03:37know this isn't like a quick fix it
03:39takes time you know and I've been doing
03:41it for years but the improvements have
03:42definitely been noticeable number two
03:44hitting the sauna you know getting in
03:47the sun warming up the body this expands
03:49your blood vessels making them just grow
03:51enlarged now you don't actually lose
03:54body fat in the sauna that's a myth but
03:56it does definitely help expand those
03:58blood vessels the veins and I like to
04:01think of it like a hose if if you're
04:03able to stretch it out once it's going
04:05to be that much easier to stretch it out
04:07again the next time so you're
04:08conditioning your blood vessels your
04:10veins to be able to expand like that
04:12when you actually you know put it
04:14through the vigorous training that
04:15you're gonna do in your exercises and
04:17whatnot now we have to mention nutrition
04:19this is the third pillar of getting
04:21vascular you can't be vascular if you're
04:24a 30 body fat you know you've never seen
04:27a fat dude with veins ripping out of his
04:29arms unless they're varicose veins which
04:31we don't want now I'm not going to tell
04:33you exactly how to lose body fat I can
04:36talk about that all day that's for
04:37another video right but that's the first
04:39step next you can eat some foods that
04:41actually increase your body temperature
04:43there is certain groups of foods that
04:45you could eat that actually increase
04:46your blood flow so foods that have
04:48Arginine in it and lots of nitrates
04:50these will actually increase your nitric
04:52oxide which expand your blood vessels so
04:55some of these Foods garlic onions
04:58berries leafy greens but the big one the
05:02very best is beets these are very high
05:05in arginine so these will help your
05:06vascularity a lot so since you guys were
05:09good sports you guys hung in there till
05:10the end I'm gonna show you a little at
05:13home workout that you can do to get the
05:15blood pumping through your hands and you
05:17don't even need any weights or anything
05:19like that so here's how you do it so
05:21pinch your arms in and you can do this
05:22with any exercise to help stimulate your
05:25blood vessels then you're going to do 50
05:27hand curls like this squeezing very hard
05:50you can see my face and my hands already
05:53wow next you're going to do 50 finger
05:57extensions so stick your hands out
05:58straight extend them forward
06:15oh I can feel that already okay now
06:19you're gonna do 20 second squeeze
06:22and squeeze that I mean you squeeze that
06:34you see those veins popping out
06:38okay now we're gonna do 20 twists
07:12okay that's good then you're just gonna
07:15do 50 more hand curls and that's it
07:38that's it
07:41see my hands
07:43this one a little more vascular than the
07:47but yeah it works
07:51there's definitely veins
07:55it's tiring actually so that's it most
07:57important thing hit the weights
07:59especially grip strength exercises this
08:01is just a little supplement you can do
08:03on top of it uh you can do this every
08:04single day if you want get your
08:06nutrition in check these are the three
08:07pillars body temperature weight lifting
08:10resistance training nutrition this is
08:13just a little whipped cream on top so
08:14give it a try hope you guys enjoyed the
08:15video if you haven't already subscribe
08:17and until next time peace
